Draken Watches Ltd.
Draken Watches are named after the Drakensburg mountains in South Africa, where Michael Blythe, the founder, designer, and driving force behind this microbrand is originally from. Nowadays Michael is based in New Zealand, another location known for it's rugged natural beauty.
The design DNA of Draken's timepieces reflects the rugged outdoors that Michael loves so well, with Draken's emphasis on outdoor watches such as divers, field and pilot watches. Key features common to Draken Watches include knurled crowns and unusual complications that can be subtle yet very practical, such as a lumed date wheel, or a large rotating power reserve wheel.
